This miso sauce is made by a long-established brewery that has been in business for 120 years in the castle town of Matsumoto, Shinshu.
A sweet flavor made with Shinshu miso, sesame and walnuts. The rich flavor and sweetness of red miso and the unique taste and aroma of walnuts are a well-balanced and timeless deliciousness reminiscent of a rich Western-style sauce.
Enjoy with yakimochi, tofu, or grilled eggplant.
